• Cover Letter Content: Processed temporarily to generate your optimized letter. Never stored permanently.
• Payment Information: Handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Usage Analytics: Anonymous usage statistics to improve our service.

How We Use Your Data

Your cover letter is sent to our AI processing system, optimized, and returned to you. The content is held in temporary memory during processing (typically under 60 seconds) and is not written to any permanent database.

Data Retention

Cover letter content: Deleted immediately after delivery (cached up to 10 minutes for page refresh). Payment records: Retained by Stripe per their policies. We do not store copies of your cover letters.

• Stripe: Payment processing
• Cloudflare: Hosting and AI processing
